DEVELOPING INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN THE POST-EU EXIT ENVIRONMENT

Lancashire’s international traders are flying the flag across the globe as they continue to open valuable new markets to exploit. But their efforts are not without challenges.

In an EU Exit environment, finding new parts of the world to sell Lancashire’s quality goods and services will be increasingly important.

Our insight event will look at the settling environment for international trade and discuss the change of rules and issues since exiting the EU. We will hear from Lancashire’s international trade support organisations, who will share the help available to navigate the waters.

We will also consider new opportunities available to exporters and how to secure them.

And, of course, we will be speaking to exporters. Their real-life experiences will be shared – the challenges and the rewards.

This event is designed for:

  • Businesses considering exporting for the first time
  • Exporting businesses looking to reach new markets
  • Professionals who advise clients on international trade
  • Lancashire Business View will report from the event and use the insight to produce its International Trade Report in an extended feature in the May/June edition of the magazine. It will also be shared through our online, social and video channels.
