Crisis Media Management
Not everything in your business or organisation can always run smoothly. Crises come in all shapes and sizes and have the potential to seriously disrupt and damage reputations, public image and balance sheets.
When problems strike - whether it’s a public safety issue, faulty goods or service or an unfortunate accident - it’s vital that you’re prepared. Develop your skills to handle both interrogation from the mainstream media and adverse reaction on 24/7 social media channels.
This day is suitable for anyone in any size of organisation who is responsible for protecting a brand or reputation - from business owners and senior managers to press, marketing and communications teams.
This workshop will be delivered by David Helliwell of Helliwell Media.
David Helliwell runs Helliwell Media, a media relations consultancy specialising in training, communications and business promotion.
