Do you have a product/service idea for the health and wellbeing sector?

Globally, traditional healthcare systems are facing significant challenges. There is a huge need for innovative new processes, products, and services that enable people to manage, access, or address their health needs differently.

At Lancaster University, the Health Innovation Campus is being built to bring together experts from across academia, healthcare and charitable organisation, businesses, and local authorities. Ahead of the building's opening, fully-funded support is available to Lancashire’s Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to explore and develop ideas for the health and wellbeing sector.

The HIC team is available to help your business to:
• Understand local health challenges and complexities
• Attend workshops to build innovation capacity in your business
• Apply the latest digital technologies to your health product/service development

Who is this for?
Owners/managers of SME's based in Lancashire who meet European Regional Development Fund criteria. Your business may be entirely new to the health and wellbeing sector and looking to explore ways to bring your expertise to the table. Or you could have an exciting idea but need support developing your product/service further.
