2018 Client Satisfaction Survey results
MHA Moore and Smalley have received their client satisfaction survey results for 2018 which displays an increase in their overall satisfaction score compared to last years results.
The accountancy firm received an overall satisfaction score of 95%, a 4% increase from last years result. The score is based on clients’ answers in response to questions that rate the firm in terms of communication, technical ability, commitment to each individual business and their CRM.
Danny Houghton, a partner at MHA Moore and Smalley, said, “Our client satisfaction survey directly correlates with our core values as we always strive to be the best we can be and deliver outstanding client service. The survey helps us to do this as we can listen to the feedback from our clients and act accordingly to ensure we understand and deliver what is important to them.”
