Baines Wilson advises on Genesis Homes acquisition of Russell Armer Homes
The Corporate and Commercial Property teams at Baines Wilson have advised Genesis Homes on its acquisition of Russell Armer Homes. Assisting on the deal were Head of Corporate and Commercial, Andrew Hill, Corporate Partner, Jennifer Bell and Head of Commercial Property, Duncan Harty.
The acquisition brings together two of the North West’s leading housing developers and furthers Genesis Homes’ strategy for growth into South Lakes and North Lancashire.
