Are you stuck in the burnout cycle?
What’s the definition of insanity? Repeating the same thing, over and over, and expecting different results. There’s more than a little truth in this much retold trope.
Running a business is stressful. This much is a given, and – to an extent – to be expected. But did you know that there is a fine line between stress and total burnout?

Stage 3: Absence of joy
Your exhaustion leads to disrupted sleep patterns and you start to lose your sense of enjoyment, both in your work and in family and friends.
Stage 4: Emotional overload
The natural emotional companions to your plight are anxiety, irritability and anger. The solution? Why, simply work harder! And the cycle recommences.
