Use government funding to transform your management team - What is a degree level apprenticeship?
Degree Level Apprenticeships are a government-backed initiative which provides businesses who want to stimulate, challenge and inspire their new or existing workforce with a flexible alternative to traditional classroom-based learning, with the support of government funding or levy relief.
On our course, your management team will:
• be introduced to industry standards of best practice
• be asked to reflect and report on their own current ways of working and how this can be improved
• learn new skills
All whilst doing their regular day job.
At the end of the programme your team members will be awarded a degree with chartered manager status for their efforts.
What is an apprentice and is my workforce eligible?
