Wray with Botton Neighbourhood Plan Submission
Wray with Botton Parish Council are the first to submit their neighbourhood plan to Lancaster City Council, under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
Lancaster City Council will now consult on the Wray with Botton Neighbourhood Planfrom Monday 11 June to Monday 23 July 2018 (6 weeks), in line with Regulation 16 of the 2012 Regulations.

Responses should make clear whether they wish to remain informed over future decisions of the Neighbourhood Plan in accordance with Regulation 16 (iv) of the 2012 Regulations.
All the submission documents can be viewed on the Council's Wray with Botton Neighbourhood Plan web page. A paper copy can also be viewed at the Wray Village Institute or Lancaster and Morecambe Town Halls (on request).
Background Information and next stage
The submission follows the designation of the Wray with Botton Neighbourhood Plan area (whole parish) in 2015. The neighbourhood planning group have been preparing a plan which seeks to direct new development and address a number of planning matters which they feel are relevant for their area.
Following the end of the consultation, the Neighbourhood Plan documents and representations will be submitted for examination by an independent planning inspector, who will determine if the plan meets certain criteria requirements and standards.
