How does it work?

When you intend to export and use our services to process your documentation you must first complete a Formal Undertaking and Specimen Signatures form and email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

We operate a counter service between the hours of 10am - 4pm when documentation will be certified (if correct) while you wait. All documents received through the post will be processed on the same day as received (with the exception of Arab-British Certificates) and posted back to you the same day.

We also offer exporters the facility to electronically submit documents.  It is an efficent, cost-effective, time-saving way of processing your documentation.

Not only can you apply online, but we will check, approve, stamp, and return your documents electronically. Any mistakes or inaccuracies can be corrected immediately. The system saves hours, and even days, for time-pressed exporters.
