Vicky Lofthouse
Chief Executive Officer
Vicky joined Lancaster & District Chamber of Commerce as an Administrator in February 2005 after graduating at Lancaster University with a BA degree in Economics. She has since worked in all areas of the business, focusing on events, international trade and marketing in particular. In July 2013 she was promoted to Chamber Manager and in September 2015 was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
Vicky takes real pride in her work and considers it an honour to work with local businesses and wants to see nothing more than the district to grow and prosper.
Vicky is also a member of Morecambe Business Improvement Districts (BID's) management Board.
With over 15 years experience in International Trade and qualified in Export Documentation, Vicky leads the Export Team at the Chamber.
When she isn't working, Vicky can be found with her husband and young son walking on Morecambe promenade or swimming in the local baths. She enjoys all things craft related, from card making to scrap booking and applies her creative flair to her work.

John O’Neill
Commercial Manager
John joins Lancaster & District Chamber of Commerce coming from a background in Corporate and Public Relations, Sales, Marketing and Administration. He has worked for multi-national companies such as Daimler-Benz and Nissan as well as SMEs in the Travel and Tourism field. For the past 15 years John has been running his own companies in Travel and Tourism, and kitchen supply and fitting.
Whilst not exactly "possessing" a local accent, John comes from a Lancastrian background and is a passionate supporter of the local area.
John is a keen cyclist, cook, reader and still actually does DIY.

Jody West
Membership Executive
Jody joins Lancaster and District Chamber of Commerce coming from a local sales and marketing background spanning 10 years; her roles have included house and car sales but predominantly radio advertising and digital media.
Having spent many years working for The Bay Radio, Jody loves building long term relationships with local businesses and taking the time to really understand what they offer and how they can grow, with the collective aim of seeing the district prosper.
Jody lives in Lancaster and loves all that North Lancashire has to offer.
In her spare time Jody enjoys walking in the Lake District, she has a keen interest in learning to Stand Up Paddle Board on Windermere and likes going to the cinema, as it’s the only time she ever switches off!

Jackie Webster
Finance Manager
Jackie has been involved in accountancy all her working life. Whilst working in local practice she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the early 1990’s. After 14 years she took a break to go and live in Spain for a short while.
Whilst there Jackie maintained contact with several clients and performed various accounting functions for them, visiting the UK on a regular basis. She soon got fed up of all the sunshine and came back to the UK full time in 2011.
Since then she has been involved with several local businesses giving advice and gaining further insight into the local economy.
In her spare time, she likes going for long walks, eating out, chilling out with a jigsaw, or dancing the night away to Northern Soul.

Jo-ann Harney
Events & Administration Manager
Jo-ann has been involved in Administration for the past 30 years. Originally starting her career at Jaguar Cars in Coventry working her way up to the PR Department Launch Team where she had the opportunity to launch new Jaguars to the world’s media, spending time in some amazing places like South Africa, Portugal and Monaco.
Since moving to Lancaster 12 years ago Jo-ann has worked in various roles admin roles from a doctor’s surgery, car dealership, International energy solutions company and a healthcare waste disposal company.
At weekends Jo-ann likes visiting friends and family back in Warwickshire, socialising or just chilling out at home with her husband.
