Churches Conservation Trust seeking consultancy support for the development of The Chamber at St John’s, a partnership project with Lancaster and Morecambe Chamber of Commerce that will see the closed, at-risk St John’s Church in the city centre transformed into a vibrant landmark offering a new home for the Chamber with working spaces, private office and dedicated desk rental, co-work membership options, café, and events space. When open, The Chamber at St John’s will offer a fourth pillar of Place, supporting the Chamber’s core work with the business community through Connect, Support, and Represent pillars.
CCT is looking to support two consultants or teams of consultants to support development of a marketing plan for The Chamber at St John’s and to provide advice on use of digital in the project.
